Our Research and Development Division started on 2008 and registered on 2010. Our expert team is

Abiviruthi Agrotech India Limited (AAIL) is a Non-Governmental and non-profit organisation have a separate research and development unit located in Rajapalayam,Tamilnadu, India. The institute undertakes research and development in the fields of agriculture, renewable energy, animal husbandry and sustainable development. The research institute is mainly intended to start to improve agriculture sectors. The institute also concentrates on malnutrition and the upliftment of SC & ST population by giving various career oriented training programmes

AIM

To promote the growth and prosperity of agriculture and to inculcate the awareness on organic farming among farmers by the following:
  • By establishing and maintaining connections with national and international organizations with allied interests and to foster cooperative action, collaborative research and information exchange in agriculture sector
  • To identify subjects and priorities for research, to stimulate theoretical work on fundamental issues and to foster fundamental research this will underpin future development.
  • To seek and use the most effective ways of disseminating information about the organic farming including the organization of conferences, workshops and symposia, hands-on trainings and the timely production of relevant publications.
  • To have special regard for the needs of farmers and to seek practicable ways of working with them.
  • To have special programmes for the needs of Women Self Groups and SC/ST populations and to seek practicable ways of working with them.
  • * To offer student projects in various fields of Agriculture and Biotechnology include, vermicomposting, tissue culture, mushroom cultivation, spirulina production, bioremediation, biodegradation, organic farming etc

OUR CURRENT FOCUS

  • Integrated bio systems for rural development
  • Improvement of new strains on oyster mushrooms to increase the productivity and medicinal value
  • Analysis of antioxidant activity of oyster mushroom improved strains.

FUTURE FOCUS

  • Formulation of new organic feed for poultry, cattle to improve lactation, weight and mortality
  • Integrated bio systems for rural development
The institute offer free enterprauner training programmes on Mushroom cultivation, vermicomposting, sericulture, Animal farming and Spirulina cultivation
